ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE - ECOMMERCE
We’re looking for someone passionate about ecommerce. Someone that is detail oriented and can work across a diverse number of brands, product categories and e-com retailers.
We are Wild & Wolf, a dynamic and truly creative consumer goods company. We make thoughtful, well made gifts for all ages, working with licensed brands and our own in-house IP. We have a successful and rapidly growing e-com business working with Amazon and other household names. This position reports into the Senior Ecommerce Account Manager responsible for leading key accounts in the US/ Canada. This position is based in our New York office in central Manhattan.
Support the gathering of data, images and assets needed for new product set up across all e-commerce platforms
Assist in account set-up / on-boarding of new e-commerce customers and communicate new partner requirements to key internal stake-holders
Daily purchase order management involving accepting and processing e-commerce orders, checking stock availability, entering orders into Sage and liaising with warehouse on delivery.
Review inventory reports on a weekly basis and flag low inventory items to the Senior Account Manager. Work with the Senior Manager to manage inventory reserved for e-commerce channels, releasing inventory where not required.
Assist Senior Account Manager in monitoring our operational performance scores. Work with Senior Account Manager to review chargebacks.
Coordinate issue of sales decks and samples to accounts where required
Monitor consumer reviews across key e-commerce sites and create summary monthly report of negative reviews
After an initial training period this role will develop to manage a dedicated number of E-commerce accounts, supported by the Senior Account Manager.
2+ years experience in sales administration or working within an existing ecommerce team
Experience working with Amazon Vendor Central ideal but not a pre-requisite
Detail oriented. Fluent in Excel and highly organized
Positive, flexible and proactive attitude
Excellent verbal and written communication skill.
Ideally has experience within Gifting, consumer products, or toys but not a pre-requisite.
