On Sunday evening there was an array of glitz and glamour at the 69th Annual Golden Globe Awards in LA. We were delighted that 'The Adventures of Tintin' received the award for Best Animated Feature! Congratulations to Steven Spielberg, Peter Jackson and everyone at Paramount for this exciting achievement! We are therefore delighted to have been selected as a finalist under the ‘Branded/Character’ category for Ted Baker and Abbey Road and under the 'Home Accessories' category again for Abbey Road Studios, Aardvark and Scaletrix, Hornby & Airfix - we eagerly await the results annnouncement at Spring Fair on Sunday 5th February...

We are very excited about our latest license partnership with Hello Kitty and Liberty Art Fabrics. We will be launching our gift range in 2012 featuring childrens ceramics sets, mugs, melamine, plasters, sticky tape and much more. 

Hello Kitty & Liberty Art Fabrics made its debut at Liberty store in London on Sunday 26th September with a high profile press launch. The event was attended by over 120 press, celebrities and VIP guests including Trinny Woodhall, Dionne Broomfield, Gizzi Erskine, Liberty Ross and Lila-Grace Moss. Sanrio’s CEO Kunihiko Tsuji, President Roberto Lanzi and Chief Designer Miyuki Okumura were also present.
The press campaign generated coverage in Hello!, The Evening Standard, Grazia Daily, The Telegraph, The Observer and Heat and top fashion blogs including Fashionista and Worship blues reaching in excess of 10million people.

The initial collection had an exceptional response from consumers with a 25% sell-through in the first week capturing the hearts of girls and women of all ages.

2011 marks the 40 year anniversary of Mr Men and Little Miss and to celebrate, Selfridges & Co have opened a pop-up shop dedicated to the well known characters from the brilliant books by Roger Hargreaves and BBC cartoons. Selling a variety or Mr Men and Little Miss gifts and merchandise including our extremely popular Mr Men and Little Miss mugs, the pop up show will open from Monday 18th July to Sunday 11th September.
